How do I confirm my orders?
You will receive an email from us after an order is confirmed. Please note that the stock is not confirmed yet by this stage, since our goods are being sold simultaneously on various platforms, and it is possible that the goods is sold on other platforms but not yet updated.
If no cancellation notice is received within one working day, it could be deemed that the stock is confirmed and your purchase will be shipped.
How will my purchase be packed?
We will pack your purchase in bubble wrap or other protection materials to ensure the goods will be delivered to our customers safely.
You may also buy additional gift wraps if necessary.

How to track your order？

Will the value of the goods be shown on the package when shipping?
For destinations within Japan:
posting form, with the goods price stated, will be attached to the package when being posted. Please indicate in the remark box when placing the order if you want additional receipt.
For destinations outside Japan:
the default price stated on the posting form will be US$50. No amount will be stated on the receipt inside the package. Please indicate in the remark box when placing the order if you want the price to be stated on the receipt.
Do I need to pay any customs duty?
Fingertips Co. provides international shipping via Japan Post, DHL or UPS.
Customs duty is not included in the goods price, and the shipping Company we uses is not duty included.
Therefore, customs duty may be incurred depending on the destination countries. All of the goods price stated on the posting form by the Company is US$50. The Company has no control over the customs duty charged by the customs authority of the destination, and you are advised to make an enquiry to the local customs authority yourself. Please also contact the local customs authority in relation to any delay caused by customs clearance.
For overseas customers, the shipping may be delayed by customs selective examination or customs clearance depending on the processes of various customs authorities. For details please make an enquiry to your local customs authority.
How do I request a return?
Cancelling orders, goods return or swap shall only be accepted in principle in case of any of the followings:
- The goods delivered is not that ordered by the customer
- The goods is damaged during shipping
- The authenticity of the goods is in doubt
If any of the above occurs:
- Please do not cut off the inspection tag. No goods with the inspection tag cut off shall be accepted for return/swap for whatsoever reason.
- Please contact us and return the goods to the Company by way of cash on delivery in accordance with the instructions set out in our email.

- The Company shall process refund upon receipt of the goods and confirmation of the case. We shall despatch another goods in the case of goods swapping.
- If the authenticity of the goods is in doubt, the Company shall, for the sake of fairness, engage third party identification services to identify the authenticity. If the goods is identified as authentic, the identification fees and freight costs shall be born by the customer. If the goods is identified as forged, the Company shall be responsible for the entire identification fees and return the costs of the goods in full.
