Refund policy
Order cancellations, returns, and exchanges will only be accepted if any of the following apply
- If we have sent you the wrong item
- The goods have been damaged in transit
- If the product is deemed to be counterfeit or unlicensed by a third-party authenticator.
If you would like to return your order, please follow the steps below:
- If you have cut off the tag attached to the product, or if you have lost the package or box that the product came in, the product cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Please contact our customer service and follow the instructions. Please send back to us with cash on delivery.

- Upon arrival at our office, we will check the condition of the returned items and refund the full amount if there are no problems.
- For the situation we sent the wrong item, we will send you the correct item again as soon as we receive the returned item.
*We will pay for the return shipping. - If a customer determines that a product may be fake or unauthentic, we will request a professional appraiser from a third party.
- If the item is appraised to be authentic, the customer is responsible for the appraisal fee and shipping costs.
- If the item is appraised to be a fake or non-authentic product, we will be responsible for the appraisal fee and shipping costs.
