▶Domestics Shipping (Japan Only)
-Domestics orders are delivered by Japan Post / Yamato Transports.
-Receive free Standard Domestics Shipping on orders over JPY50,000, excluding taxes and duties.
▶Hong Kong & Macau
-As we have other businesses in Hong Kong, we offer free shipping to customers in Hong Kong and Macau.
-Items will be shipped weekly from Japan to the Mong Kok, and customers can pick up the orders here or send them by local courier.
-Delivery is approximately 7-10 working days after completion of the payment.
▶Asia & International Shipping
-International orders are delivered by Japan Post / UPS / DHL
-Normally, the order will be dispatched within 2 days after completion of the order.
-If payment is made by a method other than a credit card, we will send your order after confirming your payment.
-We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
-Delivery may be delayed in case of a high volume of orders or for shipping reasons.
-Delivery may be slightly delayed during the busy season of delivery companies, year-end and New Year holidays, and bad weather due to delivery conditions and traffic.
