  1. Select the products you wish to buy and click on the "Add to cart" button to add the products to your cart. To view the items you have added to your cart, click on the "shopping bag" icon in the top right corner. You will see a list of the products you have added to your cart. Please check that your order is correct and click on the "CHECK OUT" button. If you have any requests regarding shipping methods or products, please write them in the note box. If you would like to see more products, please click on "Continue shopping".

  2. Once you have clicked on the "CHECK OUT" button, you will be asked to either "Login" or "Register". If you are already logged in, you can continue to the next step.

  3. If you are a new member, please enter your delivery address and contact details. If you are already a registered customer, please check your details to make sure they are correct. When you have completed all the fields, please click on "Continue to shipping".

  4. After you have confirmed your delivery method and shipping costs, you will be asked to confirm your shipping details. Please make sure that the information you have entered is correct. Once you have done so, please click on "Continue to Payment".

  5. Set the payment method for this order.

-Credit card: please enter your card details.

-PayPal: you will be redirected to PayPal for secure payment after clicking on "Complete Order".

-Bank Transfer (only in Japan) / Wechat Pay / Alipay / Transferwise:
You will receive an order confirmation email with the payment address and due date. After payment, please reply to the order confirmation email stating that you have paid.

  1. If all information is correct, please click on "Pay Now" to complete your order.

  2. Once your order has been placed, we will send you an email to confirm your order.

Our products are also available on other websites. The stock availability may vary from actual availability. If an item is not in stock, we reserve the right to cancel your order. If we cancel your order for any reason, we will contact you within one working day. If you do not receive a cancellation email within 1 working day, the item will be in stock and will be dispatched within 2 working days.

Order cancellations, returns and exchanges will only be accepted if any of the following apply

  • If we have sent you the wrong item
  • The goods have been damaged in transit
  • If the product is deemed to be counterfeit or unlicensed by a third party authenticator.

 

If you would like to return your order, please follow the steps below:

  • If you have cut off the tag attached to the product, or if you have lost the package or box that the product came in, the product cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Please contact our customer service and follow the instructions. Please send back to us with cash on delivery.
  • Upon arrival at our office, we will check the condition of the returned items and refund the full amount if there are no problems.
  • For the situation we sent the wrong item, we will send you the correct item again as soon as we receive the returned item.
    *We will pay for the return shipping.
  • If a customer determines that a product may be fake or unauthentic, we will request a professional appraiser from a third party.
    • If the item is appraised to be authentic, the customer is responsible for the appraisal fee and shipping costs.

  • Leather maintains
    • Some brands do not fix the leather colour to keep the leather texture, so there is a chance to dye on the clothes when using. Please pay more attention when using.
    • In case of accidentally gets wet, wipe it immediately with a dry cloth and place it in a cool and ventilated room to dry in the shade. Do not take them directly to the sun or use a hairdryer to dry them.
    • Do not place it too close to the hygroscopic agent to avoid dry cracking
    • If necessary, it is recommended to consult a professional shop for leather maintenance.

  • Colour / Image
    • Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product's colour, please understand actual colours may vary slightly due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location and other factors.
  • Watches maintenance

    • We will check that the product is still working properly before sending it out. But please understand that we do not know the watches how much power is left.
    • The watch should be put into the table box when not wearing.
    • Do not arbitrarily open the back cover. Dust entering the movement may affect the operation.
    • Do not put the watch on the radio, TV, to avoid magnetization.
    • If you need to repair or replace electricity, please choose a professional shop.
