Shipping Methods

-Orders are delivered by Japan Post / UPS / DHL

-Normally, the order will be dispatched within 2 days after completion of the order.

-Please note that we are closed on weekends and public holidays.

Customs Duty

Return Policy

We only accept return goods for the following reason, within 30 days from delivery date.

The items delivered is not that ordered by the customer.
The items are damaged during shipping.
The items received by the buyer doesn't match the listing.

For the brand-new product, we will not accept any request for return in any case.

We don’t accept any request for return due to personal reasons.

You are required to pay the return shipping fees and import tax to the destination country/region, which is non-refundable.

When you pass the returned item to the courier, please write down “Return Item” on the declaration form and the box.

Do not remove the security tag on the item. We will not refund or offer a replacement once the security tag has been removed.

We will only offer a partial refund if the return item condition had some changes compared with the listing description. Please pack the item carefully to avoid possible damage.

You must use a shipping method with a tracking number to return the order and please inform us by the eBay message function.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that since our items are being sold simultaneously on various platforms, and it is possible that the items are sold on other platforms but not yet updated. In the case, it had been sold out after you paid and before shipping, we will cancel your order and arrange a full refund as soon as possible.

eBay will automatically open an Unpaid Item Case if it not paid within 4 days. We will cancel the order and re-list the item.
